We enjoyed staying at Hotel Barchetta Excelsior for 3 nights. the hotel was wonderful and clean, with welcoming staff at the reception desk. the location was very central, right by Duomo. the food in the in-house restaurant was fantastic and delicious.

Impeccably clean hotel in a historic building within a stone's throw from the ferry terminal. Well-maintained and modern rooms with private bathrooms. Fantastic location right next to the Ferry Terminal.

Our room had a balcony with a lake view which was stunning. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good. The hotel is very central to all the boat landings and not far from the station. I would recommend this hotel and definitely come again.

Very comfortable; wonderful breakfast buffet and interesting dinner menu; beautiful lake-view; great location, really easy to access and move around the city, nearby shops and museums.
Charge for WIFI internet; a tad bit noisy at night; very friendly staff but not so helpful.

Impeccably clean place with competent staff
Particularly nice view of the lake. Big bed in double room with climate control. - Great location relatively close to Ferry Terminal. - Close to ferry terminals, ticket office, Como Lago train station, and the Xmas market.

Great location. Great view of the Lake & surrounds. Close to station re arrival/departure. Most of all, friendly, courteous & helpful service (the French could learn a thing or 2 from your staff!) . Had a very enjoyable & relaxing stay. Would definately return & recommend to other family & friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this hotel. The venue was clean, wonderful, had welcoming staff at the reception desk. Perfect and gorgeous room with a balcony was enjoyable. The hotel had a very central location and it was not too far from Duomo.
